How we are different as supply chain headhunters:
We speak their language! We know WMS is not a typo, Manhattan Associates is not a brokerage firm, an A-frame conveyor is not a rope in a summer cabin, and WERC is not something unemployed West Virginians are looking for.
Filling the job titles mentioned on our home page is our specialty. We know where the best fish are; chances are we have helped your competitors land some big ones. Furthermore, we don’t want to waste your time.
Most of our searches are done on a retained basis. We do so to make sure our clients are serious about their commitment to hiring the best and to avoid wasting the time of our candidates. When there is skin in the game, we can all make more skins!
Our supply chain headhunting services for clients include the following:
- Utilization of our database of professionals in the Material Handling and Supply Chain Consulting industries. We maintain resumes and current contact information for more than 3,100 professionals in the warehouse consulting industry. Of these, 250 are Conveyor Systems Engineers, 270 are sales professionals, 280 are Controls Professionals, 330 are Project Professionals, and about 1,800 are Industrial Engineers or consultants who specialize in the warehousing industry.
- Advertisement of available positions in our bi-monthly e-newsletter directed to all professionals in our database.
- Advertisement of available positions in DC Velocity. Our goal is to achieve national exposure for available positions, to attract the most qualified candidates. We assume all advertising costs as part of our service to our clients.
- Most importantly, unsolicited contact with passive candidates at target companies identified by your organization, particularly candidates who already reside in the target geographic area, to minimize or negate relocation costs.
