Director of Engineering (Mechanical solutions)
Manage the engineering department, mechanical engineers and possibly PM’s under this individual as well. Must have prior management experience and strong team leadership /communication skills.  Strong mechanical aptitude is a must as well (meaning understands industry equipment and how thing go together in an integrated system). Central Ohio.   Salary $125K-$150K based on experience.
Director/Sr. Manager of Consulting
Relo to Midwest required.  Must have strong experience planning material flow for automobile manufacturing material flow. Client is an international consulting firm that needs expertise/previous experience planning large scale part and assembly manufacturing with large Big 3 or foreign car manufacturers.  Assembly plant expansion project.  Salary open, relo and heavy travel required.
Director of DC Projects and SAP EWM Implementation.
Large retail corporation facility in Georgia.  Must have strong WMS implementation experience, preferably with SAP.  DC engineering experience also required.  Salary might go to around 130k, relo required and paid.  

Director of Software Development

Client is a larger national integrator of material handling systems and software that has its own highly regardeed software products.  Candidates local to Central Ohio,  strongly preferred.  Salar somewhere around 150k, perhaps more.

Project Managers(6 Openings!)
Must have experience managing material handling projects. Average project is 500k or more. Salary 80-130k+, depending on experience. Must be able to run projects and work with customers, engineering degree usually required. Auto-CAD experience preferred but not required.

Manager, WCS Implementation
Experience with C# and WCS implementation, preferably PC-based, but systems based is acceptable.  Over 100k.  Controls services provider, Midwest office. Over 100k. 

Product Manager (2)
Experienced product manager who has been responsible for leading the development and enhancement of complex engineering products.In this new position, you will be a key link between sales, R&D, and operations. You are responsible for ensuring our current product offerings remain competitive as well as working with sales and R&D to create our next generation of solutions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in automation/packaging or similar area with product management in a B2B environment and comes with a technical background (engineering degree strongly preferred).Should have at last 8 years of work experience and two years of product management experience in the material handing/automation field required.  Client will sponsor work visas.  Relocation to Maryland required and paid.Product Manager
Experienced product manager who has and engineering and marketing background.  Client is in the lift truck industry.  Chicago.  80-110k.


Mechanical Conveyor Application Engineers (8 Openings!)
Different clients who are integrators or manufacturers, most are new positions created due to strong business growth. Relocation provided for each role.
Must have good AutoCAD, facility layout experience and a engineering degree. Are your ready to move to a warmer climate yet?

Controls Engineers (8 Openings!)
Must have experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens, and commissioning a variety of material handling systems and a minimums of two years of experience.   Travel will vary.  Relocation provided.  (I should have been an E.E.!)

Field Installation Supervisor/Manager
Responsible for planning, reviewing, and coordinating on-site assembly and commissioning of material handling systems across the U.S.  Heavy travel, sometimes 80% or so, can live anywhere in the U.S.!!!  Total comp to exceed 100k.  3 different clients:

  •    Integrator based in Missouri region.
  •    Manufacturer based in Florida
  •    Manufacturer based in Maryland.

Software Engineer
Experience with material handling system startup and configuration and trouble shooting.  Ohio and New Jersey, two manufacturers.  Some travel.  Salary open.


Director of Sales
Client is an integrator.  This is a working sales manager, regular travel and supervises several outside sales people.  Atlanta, Alabama, or Tennessee preferred, but will consider candidates in nearby states. Base to 120k, plus commission. 

Manager of Sales 
Client is a smaller firm that specializes in software as well as material handling systems integration.  Annual sales are about 50M.  Privately held, based in Chicago.  Must have software sales or WMS sales experience.  Two direct reports, so this is a working role where the individual would be expected to directly bring in new business.  Some account management.  Client is open on salary as they are highly profitable, might go to near 200k base.  Would have to work in Chicago, would help with relocation.

Sales Engineer
New Jersey, must have systems concept and layout experience, and ability to present to clients and work closely with sales professionals.  Base maybe around 90k or more. Global manufacturer in the material handling industry.

Field Sales “Hunters” 
Various roles with integrators, system manufacturers, and a racking company. Experience selling Supply Chain consulting/integration services/or racking required.

  • Texas and Southern California, systems sales, international manufacturer, base around 100k.
  • Dallas racking Sales-70/80 base, 120k total comp
  • Dallas racking and lower level material handling equipment sales, base to around 75k.
  • East Coast or Midwest, several integrators, salary negotiable.
  • Arizona or So Cal, smaller integrator, base to 80k.
  • Anywhere on West Coast. Base open.
  • Los Angeles region, large manufacturer. Base open.
  • Tennessee region, large manufacturer.  Base open.
  • Atlanta, global sortation manufacturer expanding to US parcel and post market

DC Engineering Assessment & Design Consultant
Client is an integrator based in the Northeast.  Consulting background preferred.  Extensive travel across U.S. to do initial assessment of client needs and recommend solutions internally.   Candidates on the East coast preferred, will not have to relo/work out of home. Maybe 50% travel.  Could go to 150k.

Network Optimization Consultant
Client is an international consulting firm which is experiencing greater U.S. and international demand for network optimization studies.  New position. Must have extensive experience conducting network optimization studies, experience with Llamasoft’s Supply Chain Guru software preferred.  Paid relocation to Indiana required.  (Note: this position is on hold, but resumes welcome).

Internal Network Optimization Junior Professional
Client is an international Fortune 500 Corporation.  Corporation is experiencing internal demand for network optimization studies.  Targeting 2-5 years experience, graduate degree a plus.  New position. Must have extensive experience conducting network optimization studies, experience with Llamasoft’s Supply Chain Guru or LogicNet software preferred.  Paid relocation to Texas required.
